CPC4, which comprises 39,000 sq ft of Grade A offices, is the latest phase of development at Capital Park.

Construction is now well advanced and scheduled for completion in September.

To mark the new building, the developer Capital & Counties sponsored the Great Eastern Investment Forum’s spring business breakfast briefing, attended by some 100 individuals representing a cross-sectionof the local business community.
