Technology company ip.access makes a capital choice

A second leading edge technology company has chosen to make its home in the newly-completed CPC1 building at Capital Park, Cambridge. ip.access ltd, a subsidiary of local success story TTP Communications plc, has taken 757 sq.m. (8,150 sq.ft.) on a six year lease. ip.access designs and manufactures a range of GSM and GPRS infrastructure solutions.

One third of the 4,538 sq.m. (48,840 sq.ft.) CPC1 building has now been let. CPC1 has been built to a high quality specification in two wings joined by an impressive atrium reception area. The three-storey air-conditioned building has 229 parking spaces: equivalent to a generous ratio of one space to 213 sq.ft. net.

A further 3,023 sq.m. (32,540 sq.ft.) remains available at CPC1: flexible packages are available on suites from 279 sq.m. (3,000 sq.ft). Two further buildings are planned for Capital Park.

LCC takes space at Capital Park, Cambridge

Capital & Counties has let the first space in the newly completed CPC1 building at Capital Park, Cambridge. A 757 sq.m. (8,150 sq.ft.) top floor wing has been taken by LCC Deployment Services on a new 10 year lease. LCC recently bought out the former Smith Woolley Telecom partnership and the CPC1 space will be occupied by that operation.
