Capital & Counties continues its active approach at Capital Park, with the construction of the new 39,000 sq.ft. CPC4 office building now well under way, making it the only newly available office development likely to be completed in Cambridge this year.  

Successful previous lettings on the site have seen the likes of i2 Ltd, Trillium and CSCI relocate to Capital Park. The southern side of Cambridge has a dearth of good quality new stock which encouraged the developers, Capital & Counties and MPM Properties to proceed with the latest building.

CPC4 is designed to provide flexible accommodation and will feature office space on two levels, a two-storey glass reception area and 167 car parking spaces. Completion is due in September 2006.

Capital Park is a 40-acre business park with consent for a total of 250,000 sq.ft. of business space. Over 180,000 sq.ft. has been built and let to date.
